The Hornets had a week off from the league and decided to have some fun in the Cup.

From the back, Danny was commanding in goal and had a comfortable match.

Ben and Alex dealt with anything that came their way while Leo and Jack were substituted at half time having both given a solid first half performance.

Chris opened the scoring and went on to score a superb hat-trick with goals No,s 3 and 5.

Matt made some nice passes and scored goal No.2 from Nicks corner.

Jake T. and Robert W. came on and both played well with Jake T. scoring goal No.4.

Robert A, back after his recent injury, had a good game and scored goal No.6.

Goal No.7 was awarded to Nick as a direct result of another one of his corners.

Jake P. once again played well in defence but still found time to score goal No.8.

But the star of the show was man-of-the-match Brandon, who did everything but score, and the only reason he didn’t was clearly because he didn’t want to give the ball away.

WELL DONE HORNETS – But don’t expect this every week.
