As part of a new initiative to increase use of the Lant facilities for Hornets members, two new mini soccer pitches have been created at the White Horse End of the Lant ground to provide home pitches for the Under 10 and under 9 age group teams. A total of 5 teams will share the grounds, with Juniors and Colts teams playing alternate Saturday mornings in the Mid Warwickshire League at U10 and U9, and a further U9 side on Sunday mornings in the Central Warwickshire.

The first games will be this coming weekend (26/27 Sept) with U10 Colts at home to Fenny Compton on Saturday, and the U9 Sunday team at home as well.
